Please follow these steps to update your credit card information and Add new credit card to MSN account:

  • Sign in to your billing. Microsoft.com account
  • Click the Payment Options link at the top of the page
  • Follow the instructions to update your credit card / billing information or add a new credit card.

Do I get an error when updating my credit card expiration date or trying to change my credit card?

First of all, open your browser and billing. Go to Microsoft and sign in with your username and password. Now, check these common causes for errors:

  • Try it out: Re-type the credit card number without any locations, commas, or other non-numeric characters.
  • The credit card can not be activated.

  • Try it: Verify that the billing address, end date, and name on your credit card are correct
  • The credit card has expired.

  • There is insufficient credit card available balance to cover the amount due
  • Try it: Verify that it is enough to cover the remaining balance remaining on your credit card, which you are trying to pay
  • Contact your bank to ask why the authorization is unsuccessful

Follow these steps to make sure your account remains accessible. You may be asked to sign in several times for security purposes

  • Open your browser and go to the My Account page and sign in if necessary.
  • Under Payment Options, click Add a Credit or Debit Card and fill out all the information needed for the new payment method and click Next.
  • Return to the My Account page under My Products and Subscriptions, click Manage My Subscriptions.
  • Find the MSN account in the list and click it
  • On the right-hand side of the screen, click the click payment payment option and then click Payment.
  • If you want to delete the old payment method, go back to the My Account page and click on my payment option. Find the item in the list that you want to remove and click Remove.
  • Confirm that you want to remove the card by clicking Yes, Remove this card You will see a confirmation message.
  • Update my credit card expiration date online?

Open your browser and go to the My Account page and sign in with your username and password.
Under Payment Options, select the payment method and click Edit.
Enter the expiration date of the updated credit card, and then clicknext ensure that the date of the expiry has been updated successfully.
